At YMCA Strathalbyn ELC we offer high quality services for children and families that require child care during the working day. We provide a place where children can grow and learn and encourage them to ask questions to guide their own learning journey in their early years of life.

We’re for healthy, nutritious meals

We provide healthy and nutritious homecooked meals with food sourced from markets and other local food co-ops if available within the area.

Babies
6 weeks – 2 years

In this stage of a child’s development we focus on introducing children to the world through experiencing the senses, socialising and creating tailored routines

Toddler
2 - 3 years

As toddlers grow we support their independence and sense of curiosity as they explore their environment and surrounds.

Kindergarten
3 – 5 years

Kindergarten children are encouraged to learn and create as they gain foundational life skills while preparing for school.

Pre-school OSHC
4 years

Before and after school care services available for children attending the Strathalbyn Kindergarten Outreach provide additional care and education opportunities for children as they prepare for school.

Fees

$145 long day care, $25 before school care, $28 after school care prior to CCS if eligible.

We provide a 20% holiday discount up to four weeks per year.
