My name is Natasha, and I’m pleased to introduce myself as the ELC Director at Riverbanks College B-12 ELC in Angle Vale.

I have been in the early childhood education and care sector since I was 16 years old. I am very passionate about children’s learning, and supporting families to be involved through building relationships that support each other. I am focused on encouraging educators to be the best they can be, and use the circle of security as a guide to interacting with children.

I look forward to meeting each one of you and taking the time to support each child through their learning journey here at Riverbanks ELC.

Mariah – ECT

I am the ECT (Teacher) at Riverbanks ELC. I began my journey in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector in 2022 however my studies commenced in 2017. I am studying my Bachelor of Early Childhood Education.

Shayla – Team Leader

I have my Diploma and I am the Team Leader of the Toddler Room. In 2023 I got engaged, got a new puppy and a kitten! I enjoy going to the gym with my partner and our friends. I enjoy travelling and sightseeing.

Samantha – Team Leader

I am the Team Leader of the Kindy room. I have been in Early Childhood Education and Care for 7 years and currently hold my certificate 3. I love a good dance party with the children. I am known as the Energiser Bunny; I am always on the go.

Dekoda – Educator

I recently graduated high school and throughout year 12 I was also completing my Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care. In my spare time I roller skate and have competed in competitions and nationals.

Abigail – Educator

I prefer to be called Abi. I have my Diploma; you will see me in the Kinder Room as a support educator. Outside of educating I enjoy going to the beach and getting YoChi. I go to the gym, and I also love shopping.

Olivia - Educator

Some people call me Liv. I have been in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector for 9 years, I now hold my Diploma and Certificate 3 in Early Learning and I first began my journey as a trainee. I am the Team Leader in the Nursery Room.

Rebecca – Educator

I prefer to be called Bec. I have been in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector for 3 years and I hold a Certificate 3. In my spare time I enjoy going to sporting events and concerts.

Chloe – Educator

I am currently studying my Diploma. I began my journey in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector in 2020 as a trainee. I am a mum of a sassy, independent three year old daughter. I love my career, and I love being a mum but juggling both can be tricky so my daily motto is “if you don’t laugh you’ll cry”.

Jade – Educator

I am currently studying my Certificate 3 which I began in 2022 when I started my journey at Riverbanks ELC. You will see me in the Nursery Room.

Zu – Educator

I am currently studying my Certificate 3 and am an educator in the Kindy Room. I do karate and I hold a black belt. I am a mum of three children and I was born in Singapore and my family currently live over there.

Demi – Educator

I am a mum of two children their names are Harper and Harlow. I have been in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector for 7 years where I have supported nursery and toddler children. You will see me in the Nursery Room.

Kylie – Educator

I have my Diploma and have been in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector for over 20 years. I am passionate about children’s learning and development. I have a daughter named Sky, and we both do karate together, I currently have my orange belt. I also enjoy walking and bike riding.

Laura – Educator

I am in the Toddler Room, and I am currently studying my Cert 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care. Prior to starting my traineeship as an educator, I was a hairdresser for 10 years. My goal is to run a marathon in 2025.

Dakota – Educator

I have been in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector since 2019. Before going on maternity leave, I completed my Diploma and have always supported and led a Nursery Room. I am passionate about the first 5 years of a child’s life being the most important, so I love to create positive, engaging and fun environments for children to learn and play. I recently became a mum myself to a little boy, Remy in 2023 and have loved every minute of it.
