Bianca

Service Director

My name is Bianca, and I am thrilled to be the ELC Director here at Aldinga Payinthi College ELC.

Early childhood education and care has been my passion for the last 17 years and my experiences are in a variety of settings, including Occasional Care, OSHC and Long Day Care. I started as a trainee student, studying my certificate III and progressed to study my Diploma and then onto my Bachelor of Teaching and Early Learning.

My years of experience in the sector have helped me develop my philosophy to early childhood education and providing the best possible experience for children and their families. I strive to teach children practical life skills, problem solving techniques and supporting them as individual learners, with an empathise on play whilst recognising the unique pathways families walk when raising children.

I invite you to be an active participant in your child's education and care, and look forward to getting to know you, your child, and family.
