What is Tanda?

Tanda is an online workforce success platform that helps businesses manage rostering, timesheets, payroll, and employee onboarding. It automates your admin tasks so you have time to focus on your business instead of spending countless hours on rosters and payroll.

What does Tanda do?

  • Clocking in and out of work - You'll clock in and out of work using the Tanda App, which will be featured on a tablet at your site / OSHC (no more pesky paper timesheets)
  • Rostering through your phone - All of your work rosters will be sent via the Tanda App, which you can download for your phone
  • Qualification tracker - Keep track of all your qualifications and their upcoming expiry dates through the App - even upload your qualifications directly to the App, for approval by your manager
  • PLUS heaps more

How to get started

  1. A link to log in to your Tanda account will be emailed to you, so you can jump in and view your roster.
  2. Clock in and out of your shifts using the tablet onsite. All you'll need is your employee code, which can be found on your Tanda invite email.
  3. Download the Tanda App for iOS or Android to be able to view your roster.
  4. Upload any new qualifications through to your Tanda profile. Your manager will be able to view your qualifications, and will approve them.
