THE ROLE
Riverbanks College Early Learning Centre is seeking a dedicated and passionate Educators, to join our team. As a renowned provider of exceptional care and education to children, we are committed to delivering the highest standards of service to families in our care.
As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping young minds and positively impacting the lives of children and their families. Working under the guidance of our experienced ELC Director, your responsibilities will include assisting families with sensitivity and professionalism, assisting with positive behaviour management procedures, and promoting the inclusion of children with additional needs.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Successful candidates will also have, or be willing to obtain:
- ACECQA Approved Qualification
- (HLTAID009) Provide CPR
- (HLTAID012) Provide Emergency First Aid in an Education and Care Setting
- Certificate of completion for “Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect” (RRHAN) training
- Experience interacting with groups of children from 0-6 years
- Awareness of accountability, legal liability, and duty of care to children
