THE ROLE
YMCA South Australia is seeking Duty Managers to join us at Whyalla Recreation Centre!
We’re looking for motivated and experienced Duty Managers to lead and supervise teams while overseeing daily operations. In this role, you will ensure staff productivity, uphold process compliance, and maintain a positive and safe environment for both employees and patrons.
As a Duty Manager, you’ll play a key role in actively supervising our facilities, embodying YMCA’s values of professionalism, respect, and care. You will also serve as the chief warden and represent the Facility Manager during your shifts, contributing to a high-performing and positive workplace culture.
