THE ROLE
We’re looking for a motivated Duty Manager to lead and supervise teams while overseeing daily operations. In this role, you will ensure staff productivity, uphold process compliance, and maintain a positive and safe environment for both employees and patrons.
As a Duty Manager, you’ll play a key role in actively supervising our facilities, embodying YMCA’s values of professionalism, respect, and care.
The position offered is Casual with 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday 3:30PM - 8:30PM, with the option for Part-Time arrangements. Training will be provided for the successful candidate.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Successful candidates will also have, or be willing to obtain:
- (HLTAID011) Provide First Aid or equivalent Certificate
- (HLTAID009) Provide CPR or equivalent Certificate
- SISSS00133 Pool Lifeguard or equivalent.
- SISSS00131 Aquatic Technical Operator or equivalent.
