THE ROLE
Thebarton Aquatic Centre is seeking an Aqua Fitness Instructor, to join our newly refurbished centre, located in Torrensville/Thebarton. Our centre offers a range of aquatic programs, with our aim to provide a welcoming environment for people of all ages and fitness levels to improve their overall health and wellbeing.
As an Aqua Fitness Instructor, you will be delivering safe, engaging and effective group fitness classes in a water-based environment within format/training guidelines. You will motivate and educate participants through your lessons, tailoring your approach to suit individual needs and working to enhance each participant's experience. Building strong relationships with participants and fostering a sense of community will be central to your role, helping to create a supportive and encouraging atmosphere where everyone feels welcome and motivated to reach their personal wellness goals.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Along with the minimum role qualifications, successful candidates will also have, or be willing to obtain:
- WETS Aqua Fitness Instructor Certification or equivalent
- HLTAID009 Perform CPR
- Proven capability to build strong and positive relationships with key stakeholders
